1:1 AYURVEDIC WELLNESS PROGRAM
WAY 2 WELLNESS is not intended to be a quick fix.
It’s a hands-on program to help you establish a solid and sustainable foundation for your wellness.
The program follows a structure that covers the fundamental blocks of health, yet it will be tailored according to your individuality, situation and specific goals.
I will support you as you deepen your understanding and practice of well-being.
WHY A PROGRAM?
Whether you want help with digestive or musculoskeletal issues, stress, etc. the long term solution for sustained balance must focus on appropriate diet, lifestyle and mindset.
This not only helps alleviate (or even eliminate) the symptoms you are suffering from, but also works on removing the root cause of your problems.
A single session is appropriate to go straight to the most pressing issues but, as you can imagine, there is not enough time to really educate, work out and establish a lasting and long term plan.
For that, I created WAY 2 WELLNESS
A program for us to really take the time and structure your health and well-being according to your goals.
There are two choices of pace, 6 week or 12 week.
We either meet once a week or once every two weeks.
You decide how fast you want to go.
