1:1 AYURVEDIC WELLNESS PROGRAM
WAY 2 WELLNESS is not intended to be a quick fix.
It’s a hands-on program to help you establish a solid foundation for your wellness.
In turn, this foundation can sprout tremendous changes to your health and well-being.
WHY A PROGRAM?
Many clients come to me with diverse complaints, from digestive and musculoskeletal issues to stress. Most of the times the client is expecting some kind of medication but deep down what they really need and benefit from is an orientation in terms of diet, lifestyle and mindset.
A single session can tackle the more pressing issues but sometimes there is not enough time to really work with the client and establish a lasting, deeper, structured foundation.
For that I created WAY 2 WELLNESS, a 6 or 12 week program for us to really take the time and structure your health and well-being according to your goals.
