I dedicated myself into becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner because I want to help people regain and maintain their health and well being.
I know for sure that I won't be able to help every single person to the extend that they need or expect but I believe I can contribute in some way to their journey.
That being said, since the goal of you being here is us working together, I think it's important to lay down some foundational ideas.
WE ARE LIKELY TO BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
-
are willing to put in the work: no results will ever happen if you don't put in practice the changes that are necessary.
-
are willing to give up some things: the first step we will work on is removing whatever is causing you problems.
-
are open to try new approaches: if you are new to ayurveda you will probably be introduced to new ideas, approaches and it is important that you are, at least, willing to give them a try and see how they work for you.
-
are open to whole food plant based diet: this doesn't mean you have to be vegan or vegetarian, not at all, but you should be willing to tweak your diet around more wholesome foods.
-
have well being in your top 3 priorities: we all have many things going on in our life at any given moment, family, work, etc. It is important that during our work together your well being is a priority. This will ensure that you are focused on your journey.
My role is guiding you to get in touch with the natural ability of the body to be healthy. I won't be able to do for you the things you need to do to improve.
